She has made me fall in love with yoga again. Sarah is a calm, reassuring leader whose class I try very hard not to miss. She brings a little bit of meditation, a little bit of adjustment and a heaping portion of restorative therapy to each class and I leave feeling rejuvenated, peaceful and centered.
